Terms of service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase of merchandise from this store. The store is operated by Rock n' Roll Records, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, doing business as B0BBi3 ("we," "us"). By placing an order you agree to these Terms.

1. Products. Most items are printed or decorated after you order (print-on-demand). Colors and placement can vary slightly from photos.

2. Orders and payment. An order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel an order (including suspected fraud, inventory, or pricing errors) and refund you. Prices are in U.S. dollars unless shown otherwise.

3. Shipping. We ship to 27+ countries. Production and transit times are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier has the package, except where the law says otherwise. If a package never arrives, email us within 30 days of the expected delivery date.

4. Returns and damage. Because most items are made after you order, we do not take returns for change of mind when the item arrived as described. Email contact@b0bbi3.com within 30 days of delivery if the item is damaged, defective, misprinted, the wrong size, color, or product, or the package never arrived. For damage, include photos of the item and the packaging. We will replace, refund, or repair at our option.

5. Intellectual property. The B0BBi3 name, logos, music, and artwork on this store belong to us or our licensors. You get the physical item, not any copyright, trademark, or recording right. Do not copy our designs for resale.

6. Privacy. Our Privacy Policy is part of these Terms. If they conflict, the Privacy Policy controls for personal data.

7. Disclaimer. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we provide the store and products as available, and we are not liable for lost profits or indirect damages. Our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. These limits do not affect rights you cannot waive as a consumer.

8. Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except that the internal affairs of Rock n' Roll Records, LLC are governed by Delaware law. If you are a consumer, you keep any mandatory protections of your home state or country.
